GCSprep Pro Pass Guarantee — Terms

Effective September 5, 2026. Version 1.0.

This Pass Guarantee (the "Guarantee") is a binding, limited refund commitment offered by GCSprep ("we", "us", "our") to purchasers of the GCSprep Pro plan (the "Purchaser", "you"). It is incorporated into, and forms part of, the GCSprep Terms of Service. Where these Guarantee terms and the general refund provision of the Terms of Service conflict, these Guarantee terms control for eligible Pro purchases.

1. What we promise

If you (a) purchase the Pro plan directly from gcsprep.com, (b) satisfy every Completion Requirement in Section 3 within your access window and before you sit the exam, (c) sit the ABPTS Geriatric Clinical Specialist ("GCS") examination and receive an official non-passing result, and (d) submit a complete claim under Section 4 within the deadline, then we will refund 100% of the price you actually paid for that Pro purchase, exclusive of any taxes or payment-processor fees we are not refunded.

This is a refund of your purchase price. It is not a warranty, prediction, or promise of any examination outcome, and it is not compensation for exam fees, lost income, travel, or any other cost.

2. Eligibility

The Guarantee applies to the Pro plan only. Free access, the Basic plan, gifts, bundles, coupons that reduce the price below 50% of list, chargebacks-in-progress, and purchases made through third parties are not covered.
The purchase must have been made on or after the Effective Date above, or expressly covered by a written confirmation from us.
The account must be a single, personal account used only by you. Shared, resold, or transferred accounts void the Guarantee.
One Guarantee claim per person and per household, lifetime, regardless of the number of purchases or accounts.
Your account must be in good standing and free of any violation of the Terms of Service, including the prohibitions on copying, redistributing, scraping, or automating access to our content.

3. Completion Requirements

All of the following must be recorded in your GCSprep account, completed inside your active Pro access window and on or before the date you sit the GCS exam:

Complete every topic quiz in the Pro library as of your purchase date.
Complete all four 50-question practice exams with a recorded score of 70% or higher on each.
Complete the 200-question endurance exam with a recorded score of 70% or higher.
Each of the above must be a good-faith attempt. Sessions completed in an implausibly short time, through automation, or by cycling answers to reveal keys do not count and may void the Guarantee.

Our server-side records of your completions and scores are the sole and controlling evidence of whether the Completion Requirements were met. Screenshots and self-reports are not accepted.

4. How to claim

Email support@gcsprep.com with the subject line "Pass Guarantee Claim" and include all of the following:

The email address on your GCSprep account and the date of purchase.
A copy of your official ABPTS score report showing a non-passing result, with your full name and the exam administration date legible. You may redact your address and any identification numbers.
A statement, made truthfully, that you personally completed the Pro program and sat the exam.

Deadline: your complete claim must be received within 30 calendar days of the date ABPTS released your score report. Claims received after that date are not eligible, and we may decline them without further review.

5. Review and payment

We will acknowledge your claim within 5 business days and decide it within 14 calendar days of receiving a complete claim. If we need additional information, the clock pauses until you supply it; if you do not respond within 30 days of our request, the claim is closed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval. Upon refund, your Pro access is revoked immediately, your license to all Pro content terminates, and you must stop using and destroy any copies or notes reproducing our content beyond your own original writing.

6. Fraud, abuse, and good faith

Submitting an altered, forged, or another person's score report, or misrepresenting your completion or exam status, is fraud. It voids the Guarantee, terminates your account without refund, and we reserve all legal remedies, including recovery of any amount paid out and our costs of collection.

7. No affiliation; no outcome promised

GCSprep is an independent study resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) or the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). We do not administer, score, or influence the GCS examination and have no access to its content. No preparation program can promise a passing score, and nothing on this page does.

8. Limits

The refund described here is your sole and exclusive remedy under the Guarantee, and our total liability under it will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Pro purchase at issue. The disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms of Service apply in full to this Guarantee.

9. Changes

We may revise this Guarantee at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date and version number. The version in effect on the date of your Pro purchase governs your purchase, and later changes do not reduce rights already earned by a completed purchase. We will keep prior versions available on request at support@gcsprep.com.

10. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Guarantee limits any refund or consumer right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.
