Welcome to GCSprep ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using gcsprep.com (the "Site") or purchasing any of our study programs, quizzes, or other content (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Educational use only — not medical advice

GCSprep provides exam-preparation materials for the APTA Geriatric Clinical Specialist (GCS) examination. Our content is for educational and test-preparation purposes only and is not medical advice, clinical guidance, or a substitute for the judgment of a licensed healthcare professional. We do not guarantee a passing score on the GCS examination or any specific exam result.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a program. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Purchases, billing, and access

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and access durations for each program are shown at checkout. Access begins immediately upon successful payment and runs for the access window listed for the plan you purchased (e.g., 90, 120, or 180 days). Access is granted to a single user and may not be shared.

4. Refunds

Because our programs deliver digital content immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at the email below and we will review your request in good faith.

5. License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for your personal exam preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, screen-record, scrape, or use our content to train any machine-learning model. You may not share your account, circumvent access controls, or use the Services in any unlawful manner.

6. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, study guides, branding, and other content on the Site are the property of GCSprep or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. "APTA" and "Geriatric Clinical Specialist" are referenced for descriptive purposes only; GCSprep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Physical Therapy Association or the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

7. Reporting copied content

All exam questions, explanations, and study materials on GCSprep are written as original educational content. If you believe any question or material is substantially copied from another source, please report it to us immediately at support@gcsprep.com with a reference to the original source. We will review and, if appropriate, replace or remove the content promptly.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific content is accurate or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCSprep and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GCSprep from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or to us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the GCSprep owner resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of that jurisdiction.
